You can make music. But you're not always sure why it works when it does, or why it falls apart when it doesn't. Your knowledge is patchy — some things you know deeply, others you've never properly learned.

This program closes that gap systematically.

What you will build

Over 12 months, working across four pillars:

Scales and modes — major, minor, and the full modal system. Understood properly, in all 12 keys, through actually playing them until they are instinctive.

Chord scales — the diatonic chords available in any key or mode. What they are, how they are built, and why they sound the way they do.

Progressions — how chords move, why certain movements create tension or resolution, and how to play any numbered progression in any key without thinking.

Melodies — how to improvise and create melodic ideas over harmonic foundations, with rhythmic variation and genuine musical expression.

Everything taught through the piano. Everything taught through the lens of musical decision-making, not classical performance.

How it works

12 months. A small group — deliberately kept small so the experience stays high quality.

A drip-fed video curriculum you work through at your own pace, with built-in buffer zones so you don't fall behind. Regular group coaching calls for questions, accountability, and momentum. Quarterly progress checkpoints so you always know where you are and what comes next.

The daily commitment is 15 to 30 minutes. Your productions carry on. Your life carries on. This runs alongside everything else — but the daily practice is non-negotiable.

This is not an online course you buy and abandon. It is a focused year of doing the work. For the people who show up, the results are real.
