Studio Agreement - Parent/Child Learners

I understand that lessons run in 10-lesson terms, taught online each week, following the studio calendar.

I understand that tuition is billed automatically every 3 months, and each payment covers a full 10-lesson term. If I need to pause or cancel lessons, I may do so at the end of a term, provided I give notice before the next payment is due.

I understand that once a term has been paid for, tuition is non-refundable, whether or not my child attends all lessons, except under the Studio Guarantee.

I understand that if my child needs to miss a lesson, up to 3 reschedules per term may be arranged (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if the 3 reschedule allowance has been used, the lesson will be forfeited and not refunded.

I understand that all lessons are recorded by default for safeguarding, educational, and promotional purposes.

I understand that an adult must be present in the home during online lessons.
